Came here with my family on Christmas Eve. As you can imagine it was very busy but it's become a tradition we do every year so we expect it. Our server was very friendly and we usually order all of our favorite dishes that we share since everything is large and intended to be family-style. First part was great and then we ended up waiting over 30 mins for our mains. Not sure what went wrong but we were told the kitchen was backed up. No problem. Then groups who came in after us began leaving. We knew something else must have gone wrong. Not sure what happened but our server informed us the meal was on them. We were really surprised but also very thankful. Things can go wrong but they handled it really well. Thank you for that and because of someone's good judgment call we will continue to come back. My family loves it here and usually it's a very smooth experience. Food is great, ambiance is nice, and staff goes above and beyond.

I went here on 12/27 with my parents and husband. Overall, it was a nice evening. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and warm. The food was yummy. Our waiter Noel was fantastic and attentive. We made a reservation for 7:45 but got there little early and were able to be seated a little sooner. We tried to call ahead, but they hung up on us, so we used their online reservation tool. I ordered the rigatoni D, and it was fantastic. My parents ordered mom's lasagna and chicken Parm, which were both yummy. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo, which he said was pretty good as well.

We had just spent the day traveling and wanted to eat outside of the strip. We saw this location was open until 11 and had a feeling getting it would be easier. And it was! We were taken in immediately and had Tyler as our server. He did an amazing job with recommendations both with wine and dessert options. He was very well versed in the menu and answered all questions we had. My boyfriend and I did the dinner for two. It came with a choice of appetizer OR two side salads, two pasta entrees and one dessert. Our salads were delicious but the red onion in the Maggio's salad were very distinct and strong taste throughout the salad. The Caesar salad is their signature dish and it never disappoints. For our main meals, the chicken fettuccini Alfredo was absolutely amazing, done so well. The noodles are cooked true al dente and had a beautiful firm bite to them- not too mushy, not too uncooked. It was coated nicely from the sauce without being too soupy or too thick. I do not usually order Alfredo due to how heavy it is on the stomach. This version is executed well and I wish I ordered it for myself as well. I ordered the baked ziti and I was less than pleased with it. The flavors do not mush together and are strong, almost fighting against each other on your taste buds. I'm not sure if it's the lack in flavor or the Fontana cheese they use that creates this issue. Overall, I wish I asked to change it. It was close to closing and I didn't want to be an issue on a kitchen that was closing up. Lastly we chose the lemon cookie dessert. The cookies were flavorful and had the perfect texture. I personally cut the strawberry up to put pieces on the cookie and it took it to the next level. If the review was based solely on food, it would have been 3 stars. But Tyler went above and beyond with his service. The restaurant was full when we came in and had multiple large parties, but it did not feel overwhelming with noise or like Tyler didn't have time for all the tables. Overall, I would return here to try a different dish before making a final decision on if I would fully recommend to friends.

Enjoyed a nice date night here recently. The menu has changed dramatically from the last time we're here years ago. It doesn't seem to be family style as much and we're ok with that. Everything was really good especially the charcuterie board. Service was great and highly suggestive. Loved the holiday decorations as well. Thanks for a great time and we'll be back soon!

I only came here one other time during a work event so I didn't get the full experience of Maggiano's. They are located in dts which I love. It is huge in here, they have bar seating, table seating and booth seating so it's great for any size party you may have. Our server was very kind and attentive and gave great recommendations on what to get. We started off with the calamari and it was seasoned nicely paired with a good sauce. For my main entree I got the salmon with lemon and herb and that was delicious!! The combo of the lemon and herb made it very flavorful and I ate everything there were no left overs whatsoever. It's very wholesome filling food and nice for any occasion!

The sucker that I am, I took my family back to Maggiano's again this year for their Thanksgiving feast. To be honest, it was better than last year. But it was not great. Our server was very nice, and gave us good service. His name is Sean. And we have no complaints about him whatsoever. He timed things perfectly; he checked on us often; we liked him. But some of the issues from last year (including some in my Yelp review) remain. The biggest issue is that most of the dishes we ordered came out cold. Not all, but most. The recipe for the creamed corn needs to be shredded and redone. It was really not tasty at all. The mashed potatoes were obviously made from powder. Come on, guys. The turkey was sliced thick and was quite good. The new dish, Rigatoni a la Vodka, would have been very good but it was stone cold. Why?!? The rest of the dishes were fairly good, but largely uninspired. So I will raise my rating from 3 to 4, mostly because of Sean. We heard that the president of Maggiano's was on-site during our meal. Hhmm..., didn't help much. We miss the Maggiano's we fell in love with almost three decades ago. We miss the excellent bread that was served hot, fresh and plentiful. The bread now is blah and never hot. We miss the spumoni, which I think was their best dessert, but now removed from the menu. These things make a big difference. At least to us. And I can't help but notice that no one responded to or addressed my Yelp review from last year. As a Maggiano's customer (other locations, but about eight years at this location) for close to 30 years, I know what they are capable of. Yet for some reason, their holiday service seems to fall short. It just kind of sucks eating a mediocre meal at a restaurant that should be great and used to be great. There'll be no three-peat for us.

I am so thankful for the event staff and servers at Maggiano's. I had another restaurant cancel our Thanksgiving Lunch for 40 Holocaust Survivors at the last minute. Maggiano's to the rescue! They set up a perfect luncheon. The food was delicious, the room looked beautiful and the service was absolutely amazing. All the staff were so polite and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased. It takes ALOT to make 40 people that are all over 80 years old happy... but they did it. The coffee was flowing and the dessert plates scraped clean. The menu offered something for everyone. The is a wonderful location for a small event. I cannot recommend it highly enough. They turned a very stressful situation into one of the most relaxing and enjoyable events I've ever hosted.
